The SVDP Meal Program
 Due to the evolving Covid-19 crisis, our Meal Program has modified its services to ensure the safety of our guests, volunteers and staff.
South site (Cross Roads Kitchen) - Open
To-go meals 4pm-6:15pm, Sunday-Friday 
931 W. Madison St.

We are happy to let you know that our St Vincent de Paul Society Meal Program, Cross Roads Kitchen, located on the South Side at 931 W. Madison St. reopened on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020. Staff only are providing hot, boxed to-go meals from 4 pm - 6:15 pm, Sunday through Friday. (Volunteers will not be involved until a later date when it is safe to have them return.)

All recommended CDC guidelines and social distancing are strictly followed to ensure the safety and health of all involved. Volunteer groups will be notified in the near future as to when they can return to donate and serve meals. In the meantime, gift card donations to Meijer or GFS are appreciated so that menu items can be purchased. 
North site (Harambee Kitchen) - Opening in June
Until June, guests are welcome to visit APC's food truck for to-go meals 5:30-6:15pm, Monday-Friday

All Peoples Church (where the SVdP meal program operates from) at 2600 N. 2nd Street received a grant and hired a food truck to serve nightly grab-n-go meals, Monday - Friday from 5:30 pm. - 6:15 pm through May 29th to the first 100 people who show up there. Starting in June, SVDP will reopen the north meal site after the food truck meal service has ended.
